Questions about shipping
How long does shipping take?
After receiving payment of the purchase amount and the deposit, your order will be prepared for shipping as quickly as possible and then sent to DHL. Delivery then usually takes 1-2 working days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for our customers in Germany. For customers ordering from abroad, shipping within Europe costs xx euros. For shipping outside of Europe, please contact our customer service.
Where is my order?
Your order will leave our warehouse as soon as you have paid the amount and the associated deposit. Shipping then usually takes 1-2 working days. You can also track your order using the tracking number that was sent to you by email.

What payment methods are available?
You can easily pay for your order (Paypal, Shopify Payments).
What do I need to bear in mind when paying? How can I pay the deposit?
When ordering and therefore paying, it is important that you select not only the product you want but also a deposit of 50 euros per injector ordered. After you have received your order, send us your old part within 15 days. We will then refund your deposit, usually within 2-3 working days.
Questions about returns
The code for teaching the injector is too short. What should I do?
The injectors are assigned universal codes generated automatically by the original testing machine. Depending on the model of the injector, the codes can be 6, 7, 8, 10, 18, 20 or 21 digits long. However, if your device requires a code with one more digit (depending on the device used), add “0” (zero) or “A” to the front or back of the code.
What do I do if my product doesn't work?
The injectors are carefully reconditioned and sent to you. If an injector does not work, please feel free to contact us and explain your problem. We will then do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
How long do I have to return the item?
You can return the ordered product(s) within 14 days without giving any reason and cancel your purchase.
How long is my warranty? What should I do if I have a problem with the injector within the warranty period?
Our injectors are carefully reconditioned and tested in original test machines. An injector is not put up for sale until it receives the green light from the test machine. If you still have a problem or concern with your order, you don't need to worry! Our products have a one-year guarantee with no mileage limit from the date of delivery or collection! Simply get in touch with us using the form under "Contact" and briefly describe your concern. We will help you as quickly and easily as possible!
The injector cannot be coded. What should I do?
To teach the injectors to the control unit, the injectors are given machine-generated codes after testing in the original test machine. However, not all injectors are coded, which means that some models do not receive codes. So first make sure that the product you are ordering is an injector that needs to be coded. If it is an injector that needs to be coded, contact our customer service and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Questions about the deposit
Why do I pay deposit?
We charge a deposit of 50 euros for each injector ordered, which we will refund to you after the old injectors have been sent to us. This is the so-called “exchange principle”.
How do I pay the deposit?
We charge a deposit of 50 euros for each injector ordered. You can pay this by selecting the deposit option under “xx” according to the number of injectors you want to order and adding it to your shopping cart.
When and how do I get my deposit back?
A QR code will be included with your order, which you can use to create a free return label and send us your old part or parts. Once we have received your shipment with the old part or parts, we will refund your deposit within 2-3 working days. The deposit will be refunded to you using the same payment method.
Why was my deposit partially/not refunded?
The deposit for the injector(s) you ordered will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days after the old part(s) have been sent. Unfortunately, deposits cannot be refunded for old parts that show external damage, such as cracks or breaks. These are no longer suitable for reprocessing.
